American as Apple Pie

I have been busy, the cool weather has me cooking like a mad woman. I received a bag of apples from a family friend and have made 2 dishes, both were great. I must say, given the time I am one helluva cook! The weather also prompted me to make a crab corn chowder. Yummy! I received an apology from Amanda merely minutes ago....I was suprised but secretly elated. I wanted her to come to me sooner, however I will take what i can get.
As you can see, two blog posts in two days is rare for me......lets see if I can keep this going..
